  • This is a great book filled with some great affirmations however I feel as though I got much more out of reading the affirmations in the book The Self Love Principle by Debra Gangale.Rating: 3 / 5

  • I strongly believe in Louise Hay’s work…and for good reason. Her message throughout the past several decades has consistently been empowering, positive, and uplifting. We can all use a lot more of those ideas!

Experience Your Good Now! is the reminder some people need to stay or get back on track. There are always people starting an awakening process, or those who are awakened but still need reminders, or those who mostly just appreciate positive thinking as a valuable way of manifesting. Because of Louise, I catch myself when I start saying, “I don’t…” and turn it to a positive thought or spoken word. I participate only in positive journal writing. I surround myself with positive people. All due to Louise’s books and movies and their influence on my life.

Everyone will relate to at least one of the negative thought examples given and benefit from the positive alternative. As Louise says at the start of Chapter 2, “An affirmation opens the door. It’s the beginning point on the path to change.” Open your own door and see the value in your life and what you can make of it through positive affirmations. What Louise is doing is providing the tools, but it’s up to you to show up and do the work.

  • We hear the word affirmations and how affirmations are effective for changes in our lives. But, until Louise L. Hay’s book, Experience Your Good Now, the importance of affirmations particularly when they are written down were not as powerful. It’s a wonderful book written by a delightful author who has given so much to our metaphysical culture. She has contributed to our well-being and taught us to empower ourselves particularly with our health. Another one of her must have books on our shelves.

  • Louise Hay has been a long-time favorite author of mine. She has helped me to have the inner confidence to believe that what I think about will come into my life.

This is another delightful little book that she has written, but it’s more comprehensive than her others. In fact, she has given us affirmations for nearly every important area of life: Health, Fearful Emotions, Critical Thinking, Addictions, Forgiveness, Work, Money and Prosperity, Friends, Love and Intimacy, and Aging.

I would highly recommend getting this book along with another that I just finished reading. I’ve been so inspired by Serendipitously Rich: How to Get Delightfully, Delectably, Deliciously Rich (or Anything Else You Want) in 7 Ridiculously Easy Steps, which was written by Madeleine Kay, along with a foreword by Joe Vitale. This book gives you that same fun and delightful feeling as it moves you positively on a path of change. However, it also gives you some practical steps which are akin to putting these life-improving affirmations into practice.
