This is a great CD. Some of my personal favorities: Acceptance, Bonding, Compassion, Judge Not Today, Kindness, Love, Mindfulness. My absolute favorite is Garden of My Soul. What a beautiful poem: “In my garden the rose opened, but I was too much in a hurry and passed it by. Love remembered me and said, ‘I will make a rose bloom in your heart.’ Today I will remind myself that my body is the garden of my soul.” Worth purchasing and listening to, even if you only listen to it while commuting.

Deepak as always delivers deep wisdom in an easily assimilable form. I like all the recordings but think they are too short or perhaps there could be more music in between – as the affirmations jump from one to another subject every three minutes.Rating: 4 / 5
This was my first Chopra purchase. I was skeptical but I was looking for something that would help me de-stress and refoucs. This CD did the trick and I’m so glad I purchased it. When I’m feeling overwhelmed or recognize that I need to take a step back and refocus I listen to this CD and it gives me a feeling of peace and balance.
